We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead and manage the growth of our sales in global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding sales in international territories, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth across diverse regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage a high-performing global sales team.


Develop and execute the international sales strategy to increase revenue in existing markets and expand into new territories.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, including new regions, industries, and customer segments.

Set and achieve annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market conditions.

Identify key international accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and convert leads into sales.

Lead, motivate, and manage a global sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to sales representatives to improve performance and achieve business targets.

Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective communication across all regions.

Conduct performance reviews, set individual sales goals, and ensure team alignment with company objectives.

Cultivate strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Understand the unique needs and preferences of clients in different regions and tailor solutions accordingly.

Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and tactics.

Track international sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and budget adherence.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer and market insights to improve offerings and campaigns.

Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on international sales campaigns and product availability.

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth invoicing, payment processes, and account management.

Support the product development team with customer insights and feature requests to meet market demands.

Lead negotiations with international clients, partners, and distributors, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Close high-value international deals, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company policies.

Handle contract management, ensuring agreements meet legal, financial, and operational standards.
