Robokidz is on a mission to bring Robotics, AI, and STEM learning to children across India. Through our flagship programs like RPL (Robotics Premier League), workshops, and innovative learning kits, we inspire kids to become future innovators.


Role: Marketing & Promotions Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team and represent Robokidz at mall kiosks and events.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Robokidz kiosk at malls and public spaces.
  • Interact with parents and kids, explain our programs (RPL, Robotics, AI, STEM).
  • Generate leads by collecting contact details and filling enquiry forms.
  • Create awareness about upcoming workshops, bootcamps, and competitions.
  • Share daily activity reports with the team.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm to engage with children and parents.
  • Comfortable working on weekends (since mall footfall is higher).
  • Basic knowledge of Robotics/AI is a plus (training will be provided).

Top 5 skills the intern should ideally have for handling the RPL & Robokidz kiosk and generating leads:

  1. Communication Skills – Ability to confidently talk to parents and kids, explain programs clearly, and build quick rapport.
  2. Persuasion & Sales Ability – Skill to convince parents about the value of RPL/Robokidz and encourage them to share details or sign up.
  3. People Engagement – Friendly, approachable personality with patience to handle kids’ curiosity and parents’ questions.
  4. Event & On-Ground Marketing Skills – Understanding how to attract footfall to a kiosk (using demos, giveaways, or activities).
  5. Reporting & Organization – Keeping track of leads, filling forms correctly, and sending accurate daily updates.

✨ Bonus (nice-to-have): Basic tech/robotics knowledge so they can confidently demo or answer simple questions.
