Role Title: Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Marketing Tech Location: Remote (India) Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST Role Summary:We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Salesforce implementation and marketing/operations technology platforms such as Twilio and Findhelp. This role demands strategic collaboration with US-based teams, hands-on technical leadership, and a sharp eye for ROI-driven execution. Key Responsibilities:Spearhead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.Lead deployment of Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing/ops platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.Partner daily with US-based PMs to align on deliverables, timelines, and strategic goals.Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Use tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents to track progress and manage dependencies.Deliver weekly stakeholder reports covering project health, risks, and milestone achievements.Conduct financial analysis to assess ROI, optimize budgets, and support executive decision-making.Drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
