Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Replicate Developer with expertise in data replication and integration, specifically with Qlik Replicate, and knowledge of the Snowflake data platform.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing real-time or near-real-time data synchronization solutions between various data sources and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and design effective solutions using Qlik Replicate for seamless data movement to Snowflake.

2. Qlik Replicate Configuration : Configure and implement Qlik Replicate to ensure the real-time replication of data from source systems to Snowflake.

3. Snowflake Integration : Work on integrating Qlik Replicate with Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and leveraging Snowflake's features for effective data storage and retrieval.

4. Data Mapping and Transformation : Define and implement data mappings, transformations, and business rules to ensure accurate and consistent data replication into Snowflake.

5. Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor Qlik Replicate processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for efficient and reliable data movement to Snowflake.

6. Security Implementation : Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during the replication process and within Snowflake.

7. Collaboration : Work closely with database administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful data replication and integration projects.

8. Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for Qlik Replicate configurations, Snowflake integration, and best practices.

9. Snowflake Expertise : Stay current with Snowflake updates, features, and best practices.

10. Testing : Conduct testing to validate the accuracy and performance of data replication processes into Snowflake.

11. Training : Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Qlik Replicate usage and Snowflake best practices.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :

1. An ETL Developer with proficiency in using Qlik Replicate using this tool to load data in Snowflake so familiarity with Snowflake will be plus.

2. In-depth knowledge of Qlik Replicate, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

3. Familiarity with the Snowflake data platform, including its architecture, data loading methods, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems.

5. Strong understanding of data modeling and mapping concepts.

6. Scripting proficiency for Qlik Replicate configurations.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
