Role Overview


As Marketing Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating demand for our services. You will spearhead multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance marketing, and enhance Truww’s digital and offline presence.


Key Responsibilities -


Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.


Brand Building: Establish Truww as a top-of-mind brand in the interior industry through strong storytelling and innovative campaigns.


Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI.


Content & Communication: Oversee content marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.


SEO & Organic Growth: Implement strong SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.


Customer Insights & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.


Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently.


Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and drive strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.


Requirements -


  1. 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer brands, D2C, or start-ups.
  2. Proven track record in brand building, growth marketing, and customer acquisition.
  3. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  4. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  6. Experience in home décor/interiors/lifestyle brands is a plus.
