Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.About Your TeamYou’ll report directly to the Construction Manager, with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, and will lead a team of Site Engineers and Foremen. The section management team ensures quality, safety, productivity, and coordination across MEP disciplines, collaborating closely with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution across project zones and disciplines.Your RoleAs a Section Manager, you will:Issue daily/weekly installation plans and report progress.Enforce method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules.Track material deliveries in coordination with Project Engineers.Manage change and drawing/spec distribution.Monitor tools, consumables, KPIs, and labour productivity.Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times.Work week: Monday to Saturday (standard for project-based roles in the region)What We’re Looking For10+ years’ experience in MEP construction or infrastructureStrong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC, and HSESite leadership and technical documentation experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and coordination skillsWhat We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
