PvX Partners is hiring a skilled Data Engineer to help scale our data pipelines, automate validation processes, and ensure data quality across all financing workflows.

This role blends traditional data engineering with smart automation — building tools and checks that make our underwriting data flows more accurate, robust, and scalable. You'll work directly with both internal teams and clients to design clean, automated systems for ingestion, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our data infrastructure for scale, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Build and enhance automated data pipelines, including validation, cleaning, and reconciliation logic
  • Design and implement data quality checks, alerts, and reporting automations across ingestion and processing layers
  • Collaborate with clients on integration and monitor data health proactively
  • Work closely with the product and analytics teams to improve data accessibility and operational workflows

Skills and Expertise:

  • 6–8 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
  • Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark, with experience building modular, testable pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar orchestration/data transformation tools
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks or building custom validation/alerting systems
  • Experience on cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients and stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience in gaming, fintech, or consumer apps

Job Location:

  • PvX Partners is headquartered in Singapore, but this is a remote-first role
