About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Executive to join our team at Digikore Digital. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Handle day-to-day client support activities and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English)
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or client servicing will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
