Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals Division) is one of the oldest businesses of the Godrej Group with a rich legacy and a pioneering presence in the Chemical Industry. The role will primarily support POSH compliance and DEI project execution, and we’re looking for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to DEI. A working knowledge of POSH is a must.

Here’s a quick overview of the role:

POSH Compliance & Support

  • Ensure POSH compliance across the group
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Support internal communications, policy updates, and assist with trainings
  • Help streamline conduct notification processes and integrate hotline systems

DEI Project Support

  • Assist in designing and executing inclusive policies, practices & programs
  • Provide logistical and operational support for DEI events and campaigns

Experience: 2–5 years in HR; DEI experience preferred
