Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Application Support Engineer specializing in Retail ERP systems, specifically LS Retail, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Business Central. The engineer will provide application support and technical assistance to ensure efficient deployment and operation of retail ERP solutions. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, analyzing system performance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth integration and usability of ERP systems for clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day support for Retail ERP applications (HO/BO/POS modules).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to LS Retail, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and related POS systems.
  • Support MS-SQL database queries, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Work with business users to understand functional issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage application configurations, updates, and version support.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams for seamless application performance.
  • Support deployment, testing, and integration of enhancements.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and technical processes.

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2
  • LS Retail (POS, DD Service, etc.)
  • MS-SQL Server Environment
  • PowerShell
  • Retail ERP Process / Functionality
  • Knowledge on MS Office Tools
  • Basic Network Knowledge
  • Understanding of Application Layers (2-Tier & 3-Tier)
  • (For aLS) Web API Services
  • AWS Cloud Knowledge
  • Basic CI/CD Tool Knowledge (Bitbucket, Jira, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in retail domain application support
  • Exposure to cloud environments & API integrations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
