Job Purpose

The Professional will support day-to-day finance systems operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of finance applications. This includes leading the system change requests, managing JIRA tickets, and interacting with application support vendors to resolve regular business issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with IT General Controls related to finance applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the finance systems.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee smooth daily operations of key finance applications like Oracle ERP, PBCS, and JIRA.
  • Manage end-to-end change requests for finance systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Lead critical ERP compliance and regulatory projects to keep us audit ready.
  • Prioritize and resolve JIRA tickets quickly while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve business issues efficiently.
  • Keep system documentation accurate and up to date for processes, controls, and resolutions.
  • Train and support finance system users to maximize their productivity and confidence.

Ensure all finance system operations strictly follow documented procedures and policies.

Key Competencies



  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a finance function, finance operations support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using finance tools such as Oracle NetSuite/Fusion and Jira Service management.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 products and any RPA tool.
  • Proven experience in supporting large projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates business maturity.
