‍⚖️ Role Overview


Zerodues is hiring a Legal Associate for extensive legal drafting and documentation work involving loan recovery, arbitration proceedings, bank/NBFC disputes, borrower protection, and settlement matters. This role is primarily drafting-focused with minimal court appearances.

✍️ Key Responsibilities

• Drafting replies to loan recall notices, legal demand notices, and recovery communications

• Drafting settlement proposals, OTS requests, and negotiation letters

• Drafting cease & desist notices and complaints against illegal recovery practices

• Drafting representations for RBI guideline violations

• Drafting replies to arbitration notices, objections, Statements of Defence, affidavits, and written submissions

• Drafting Section 17 replies, adjournment applications, and execution-related objections

• Drafting credit card and personal loan default replies

• Drafting grievance emails, Ombudsman & RBI complaints

• Drafting authorisation letters, affidavits, undertakings, and internal legal notes

Eligibility & Skills

• LLB graduate / Final-year law student

• Strong command over legal drafting and professional language

• Basic understanding of banking law, arbitration, and recovery process

• Familiarity with RBI guidelines and borrower rights

• Ability to handle high-volume drafting with accuracy

Experience

• 0–3 years

• Freshers with strong drafting skills are welcome

• Prior experience in banking, arbitration, or recovery drafting preferred

Salary (Discussed During Interview)

• ₹20,000/month – for candidates with relevant experience

• ₹15,000/month – for freshers

(Final compensation will be decided after discussion based on skills and experience)
