Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US IT Recruitment (Niche Hiring Focus)
Overview:
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in building strong talent pipelines and identifying top-tier candidates across the US IT market. Your focus will be on niche hiring, aligning with our company’s specialization in sourcing highly skilled professionals for complex and hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for full-time and W2 contract positions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Conduct effective communication and negotiation with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with implementation partners and system integrators to fulfill client hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both full-time and W2 contract roles.
- Familiarity with major job boards and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with implementation partners or system integrators is preferred.
- Prior experience in ERP hiring (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work in alignment with US time zones.
