Job Title: Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance
Location: Noida
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage
end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong technical
expertise, hands-on accounting skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with all
statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries,
accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management
review.
Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, Income Tax compliance, and other statutory
obligations.
Handle compliance and verification of seller tax invoices, e-way bills, GST reconciliation, and
related documentation.
Create and issue SteelBazaar tax invoices, e-way bills, and other statutory documents as per
government norms.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve
discrepancies.
Monitor cash flows, track expenses, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Process payroll-related accounting entries and coordinate with HR/Payroll teams.
Assist in finalization of accounts, tax audits, and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records, vouchers, and
financial correspondence.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors for smooth audit closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter
preferred).
4–8 years of relevant experience in corporate or mid-sized business environments.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel, and sound understanding of accounting
principles
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and journal accounting.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
(preferred).
