About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building, campaigns, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Oversee content creation, PR activities, influencer partnerships, and events.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns and marketing ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Experience in consumer-facing industries (Consumer Electronics preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
