
SAP Customer Success Manager

10+ years experience: Experience in managing Customer for SAP Projects – Implementation, Support, Conversion. Migration & Strategic Staff Augmentation and will have the ability to work in collaboration with a variety of teams and business units (both internal & external). Responsible for managing program and maintaining a supportive, productive environment through effective leadership, while maintaining Productive relationship with the external & Internal Stakeholders . RESPONSIBILITIES:Create & Nurture a Technological thought Leadership around the SAP ERP Products / Solutions.Work with the respective LOB/Product Architects/Stakeholders with a involved & continuous relationship, ensuring success of the existing & prospective engagements.Understanding requirements, help translate to a meaningful & winnable Solutions.Forecast Skills & requirements , come-up with an Operating model and execute along with the Internal teams.Support the Ongoing & prospective Sales Opportunities from a Presales & Solutioning perspective.Collaborate with Client Manager, Account Manager, Delivery Managers, leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project challenges.Oversee budgets, quality standards, and audits in order to disseminate information to other team managersCultivate strong relationships with Client’s Program Manager, Delivery lead(s) to Proactively forecast & negotiate, guide on Best PractisesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's DegreeStrong Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management while working closely with the Delivery Teams.SAP ECC, S4HANA Implementation, Development & Support experience
