Role Objective:


To ensure that the organization’s products, processes, and services consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements through effective implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).


Job Responsibilities


QMS:

1. Responsible for QMS Implementation & Maintenance.

2. Shall perform Internal & External Audits.

3. Facilitate Management Reviews and report system performance to leadership

4. Shall responsible for Process & Continuous Improvement.

5. Shall perform as Supplier & Customer Quality Interface.

6. Provide QMS and AS9100 awareness training to employees.

7. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).

8. Monitor and analyze QMS performance indicators (KPIs).

9. Maintain calibration, traceability, and production records per aerospace standards.

10. Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)


Product & Process Quality:

1. Monitor and verify quality at each production stage.

2. Conduct in-process inspections, audits, and patrol checks as per control plans.

3. Ensure process compliance with work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and control plans.

4. Analyse process data and key performance indicators (e.g., defect rate, Cp/Cpk, scrap, rework).

5. Identify recurring process issues and work with engineering/production teams to eliminate root causes.

6. Implement and verify effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

7. Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities and dispositioning of rejected parts.

8. Shall facilitate to prepare QAP for critical projects.

9. Shall facilitate to perform ESS & QT test of rugged deliverable products.
