Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in US Staffing who can manage and grow business from both existing and new clients.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client relationship management and business development, along with the ability to leverage strong connections with client POCs to generate consistent revenue and meet hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Generate new business by onboarding new clients through strategic outreach such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client POCs and build long-term, trusted relationships.
- Understand client requirements, hiring needs, and project pipelines to deliver effective staffing solutions.
- Track and report on account performance, revenue generation, and growth metrics.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3+ years in an account management or client-facing role.
- Strong network and existing relationships with client POCs, especially with implementation partners.
- Proven ability to bring in new business and manage large accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
