Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering technology-focused training. The trainer will primarily conduct sessions on Artificial Intelligence (AI), covering both foundational and advanced concepts, including code-based use cases in Python programming and no-code and low-code AI applications. The candidate should have experience delivering sessions in both remote and in-person formats.

The selected candidate should be open to upskilling in applied AI tools and concepts at the beginner to intermediate level. Comprehensive support and learning resources will be provided. Prior experience or expertise in data science or AI will be considered a strong advantage.

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training programs for diverse non-technical and technical audiences, including students, faculty, and working professionals. These will be delivered in workshop mode, ranging from a few hours to a week-long series of workshops to train the trainer.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing the available standardised curriculum.
• Providing train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective dissemination of knowledge.
• Delivering dynamic and interactive training sessions both in-person and online.
• Localizing content to ensure cultural relevance and accessibility for diverse learners.
• Collecting continuous feedback from learners and trainers to enhance program materials.
• Domestic travel to deliver in-classroom training as needed.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years of technical training experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. (Evidence of online coursework completion is acceptable.)
• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science concepts, with the ability to explain both code-based (Python) and no-code/low-code AI use cases.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and upskilling in emerging AI technologies to stay current with the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
• Familiarity with key machine learning methods and applications such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
• Passion for teaching and training, with a proven ability to deliver highly interactive sessions.
• Experience in conducting train-the-trainer sessions.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi
• B.Tech/M.Tech technical degree or equivalent.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver practical use cases.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and mentoring skills.
• Previous experience in teaching at higher education institutes is a plus.
• Fluency in one or more local Indian languages is an added advantage.
