1. Security Operations Suite Expertise Security Incident Response (SIR): Implementing workflows for detecting, analyzing, and resolving security incidents. ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR): Automating vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation. global knowledge Threat Intelligence: Integrating threat feeds and correlating indicators of compromise (IOCs). Configuration Compliance: Monitoring and enforcing security configurations across systems. ServiceNow

2. Platform & Development Skills JavaScript & Glide APIs: Writing business rules, script includes, and client scripts for SecOps automation. Flow Designer: Building workflows for incident triage, escalation, and remediation. Security Incident Workspace: Customizing dashboards and response playbooks.

3. Integration & Automation Third-Party Integrations: SIEM tools (Splunk, Q Radar) Threat intelligence platforms (Anomaly, Recorded Future) Vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) Scripted REST APIs: For bidirectional data exchange with external security tools. Security Orchestration: Automating repetitive tasks like ticket creation, enrichment, and resolution.
