Exciting opportunity to build an amazing product.The Jobs that Need to be DoneProduct Leadership Work very closely with the CEO and Product teams to co-build and deliver a world-class product out of AsiaOwn and drive product requirements for technically complex features or platformsTranslate business and user needs into clear technical specifications and user storiesCollaborate with engineering to scope solutions, define tradeoffs, and prioritize roadmap itemsAct as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Design, ensuring feasibility, quality, and speedLead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordinationValidate delivered features meet user needs and technical qualityChampion internal tools, APIs, infrastructure, or cross-cutting product componentsHelp triage bugs, edge cases, and system behavior with a technical lensUse data and customer feedback to refine the product and inform decisionsCommunicate progress, blockers, and timelines clearly to stakeholdersEngineering Manager Leadership Be responsible for hiring our team, coaching, mentoring, and the performance of the team membersWork with the Head of Engineering to design and architect a world-class,s reliable, high-performant technology platformWorking with internal and external organizations/stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, etc. (e.g., when we go through the SOC2 process, you will lead it from the Engineering perspective)India LeadershipEstablish and build a culture, act as a role model, and set up a world-class team that everyone wants to work in, and one that attracts talent from the outsideHelp hire talent, and be the “site leader” for any BU that will be based out of India - e.g., you will be the leader for all personnel matters for those based in India, even if they don’t functionally report to you (e.g., let’s say a outbound sales colleague, or a colleague from our operations/support team)What Will We Do For You?Be the first dedicated data infra owner with scope to grow into a lead role.Work on real-world scaling challenges with direct leadership visibility.Opportunity to work with leading global brands and clients.Office next to the beach"Sports team with a heart" mentality.
