As we grow the Peakon engineering team at Workday, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to establish a roadmap for a brand new team in our Chennai office. We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to join us on our mission to help shape the next step on our Peakon journey. We want someone who will be the voice of our customers and ensure projects maximise value to meet the demands of our users. Simplifying complexity, collaborating and partnering to deliver the best features for our users are all at the core of this role.

As part of the Peakon team at Workday, you'll:

• Create and maintain the product roadmap for the team
• Prioritise the product backlog and actively participate in agile ceremonies
• Create, shape and refine use cases and user stories to ensure our users are at the heart of everything we do
• Support the team with key user and market insights to facilitate effective decision making
• Engage & collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
• Initiate and review metrics to ensure a data driven approach to decision making

Basic Qualifications

• 4 years experience of enterprise SaaS product management.
• 4 years experience collaborating cross functionally with customers, product management peers, implementation & customer success team and with software engineering teams to create market leading functionality.
• Experience with ERP systems especially with HCM or Voice of Employee software.
• Exposure to design thinking, taking high level user challenges and breaking them down into smaller valuable deliverables.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
