We are hiring for global climate innovator focused on creating efficient and sustainable solutions for buildings and industrial processes.

Location- Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Air Handling Units (AHUs) in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on AHU products and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project, and service departments to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably with a focus on AHUs.
- Strong knowledge of AHU products, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Ability to travel within the territory as required.
