Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Air Handling Units (AHUs) in the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on AHU products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project, and service departments to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably with a focus on AHUs.
  • Strong knowledge of AHU products, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as required.
