Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Branch Credit Manager located in Belda. The Branch Credit Manager will oversee and manage credit underwriting processes of designated location of Belda, Nandakumar and Heria branches and ensure robust credit risk management. Key responsibilities include assessing creditworthiness, evaluating financial data, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth lending operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making to ensure the financial health of the branch. Should have profound knowledge of portfolio management, Early delinquent, Non Starter , current bracket and 1-30 bracket. Qualifications Expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and risk assessmentKnowledge of Finance and Credit processesOutstanding decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus)Experience in banking or financial services, particularly in credit roles, is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagementProficiency in financial tools, software, and data analysis methodologies
