AITS is looking for a hands-on, travel-ready UGC Content Creator who can capture real classroom learning, student activities, teacher moments, and campus life across our campuses. This role is NOT agency-style editing or personal branding work. It is on-ground documentation + quick editing + structured storytelling.


What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)


1. Capture Real Classroom Learning

  • Travel to different campuses as and when needed
  • Shoot natural, candid moments along with scripted activities
  • Follow the internal Content OS (hooks, pacing, colours, tone)


2. Create High Quality Reels

  • Shoot and editing with clean, documentary-style approach
  • Use provided templates, caption styles, end-frames
  • Maintain visual and narrative consistency across campuses


3. Maintain Content Library

  • Organize footage, label raw files, and share with central marketing
  • Build an archive for future campaigns
  • Follow a proper shooting + editing pipeline


Required Skills (Must-Have)


  • Strong mobile and DSLR videography/photography skills
  • Ability to capture spontaneous moments
  • Proficient in Reels style editing
  • Fast turnaround
  • Clean, minimal editing style (not flashy influencer content)
  • Understanding of natural lighting, framing, sound
  • Comfort working around children and teachers
  • Ability to work independently on-ground
  • Patience + people skills


Bonus Skills


  • Experience shooting kids/education content
  • Familiarity with brand-based content structures
  • Understanding of social media algorithms
  • Hindi + English communication
