Position: Manager – Finance - Trade Reporting (Payments)Location: Bangalore Our Story Zepto is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimizednetwork of dark stores that we're building across the country We’re currently delivering inMumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai.We’re incredibly well-funded, and our investors include Y-Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners,and more We’ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with senior executives fromFlipkart, Amazon and institutions like Stanford, ISB, IIM, and IIT.Payment Gateway Reconciliation – ManagerThe primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day to day Operations for the reconciliations Function.The role is to reconcile and investigate on the exception for any transaction which is affected across all clients, agencies, mode of payments and receipts and wallet partnersKey ResponsibilitiesPreparation, getting reviewed and distribution of AP reports, including aging schedules, payment forecasts, accruals and month-end close deliverables Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management and issue resolution.Manage vendor escalations, specially SOR and Fulfilled by ZeptoMonitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, timeliness and cost savingsSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests and documenting processesQualification:Graduate C.A. with 0-1 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
