We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a strong grasp of the US accent to support a leading US-based short-term vacation rental company. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.


Key Competencies

  • Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.


Qualifications & Experience

Skills

  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).
  • Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.


Additional Details

  • Work Location: Remote (India)
  • Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zones
  • Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Education: Skills, experience, and voice quality hold higher value than formal degrees
