Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic Clinical Support Executive with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, exceptional English communication skills, and a strong foundation in human anatomy. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams—ensuring accurate, empathetic, and scientifically sound communication across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex medical and pharmaceutical information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of human anatomy to support clinical discussions, product presentations, and patient education
  • Assist in preparing educational materials, SOPs, and training modules for healthcare staff and clients
  • Collaborate with medical teams to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and pharmacological data
  • Handle patient queries and provide guidance on medication usage, side effects, and contraindications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to regulatory submissions when required
  • Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights during client meetings and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
  • Proficiency in MS Office and medical documentation tools
  • Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for non-specialist audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in clinical support, medical writing, or pharma sales is a plus
