Job Overview:
Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage complete HR operations including recruitment, performance management, payroll, administration, audits, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience in tele caller hiring , Counselor Hiring departmental performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on tele caller and non-IT hiring.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations for all departments and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management with accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Conduct and participate in grievance sessions to address employee concerns.
- Supervise and coordinate with recruiters and admin personnel for timely updates and workflow management.
- Oversee administrative operations to ensure a disciplined and efficient environment.
- Conduct audits of different departments to monitor performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS software, HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to manage multi-department operations and ensure smooth HR & Admin functioning.
