Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mangaluru for a Human Resources Manager at Kairalitrails. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance appraisal systems, fostering a positive work culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing payroll and benefits administration. The role demands leadership in developing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
  • Experience with performance management, training, and professional development programs
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification is a plus)
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a related role is highly desirable
