About the Role

We are looking to hire highly skilled and data-driven Performance Media Buyers with hands-on experience in running profitable campaigns across Sweepstakes, CPS (Cost Per Sale), mVAS, CPI (Cost Per Install) and similar performance verticals.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality traffic, scale campaigns profitably, manage budgets, and consistently optimize funnel performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Optimization
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Push/Pop, Native, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Manage large budgets efficiently with focus on ROI and KPIs such as EPC, CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and placements.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Creative Strategy
  • Work with internal designers or create your own ad concepts.
  • Identify winning creatives and angles for sweepstakes, CPS offers, mVAS flows, and CPI funnels.
Data & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics daily and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and optimize for stronger conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of spending, ROI, and campaign results.
Relationship & Offer Management
  • Coordinate with affiliate managers, networks, advertisers, and traffic sources.
  • Negotiate payouts, secure exclusive offers, and unlock higher caps.
  • Evaluate new offers and traffic sources for profitability.
RequirementsExperience & Skills
  • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Sweepstakes, CPS, mVAS, CPI, etc.).
  • Proven track record of generating profitable and scalable results.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Expertise with multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, Zeropark, Unity, IronSource, Outbrain/Taboola, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.
  • Experience with cloaking, tracking setups, prelanders, funnels, and traffic arbitrage is a big plus.

  • Highly proactive and result-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in tier-1 traffic and high-payout offers.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks or advertisers.
  • Knowledge of compliance, ad policies, and anti-fraud techniques.
  • Understanding of mobile app funnels for CPI campaigns.
