  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.
  • Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.
  • Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
  • Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.
  • Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.
  • Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.
  • Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation.
