Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM professional to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Workday Human Capital Management system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday modules, strong analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing HR processes through technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Time Tracking.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy across modules.
  • Participate in Workday implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide user training and documentation to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years (or more) of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience with one or more of the following modules is highly desirable: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.
  • Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, or Workday Studio integrations.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processes, or talent management.
  • Project management or Agile methodology experience.
