As the Analytics/AI Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies in data analytics and AI development Experience as a Scrum Master in data analytics or AI development projects.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, Machine Learning, AI model development.

- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of data governance and compliance.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices for data and AI - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information management, Statistics or related field.

- About 10+ years of experience in an industrial domain.

- Experience in Metals, Mining and Commodity trading is a definite plus.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Agile AI development projects in the commodity trading sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Agile best practices.


- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and transparency within the team.


- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and DevOps principles to promote continuous improvement and high-performance teams.


- Utilize conflict resolution skills to address challenges and promote a positive team environment focused on delivering high-quality AI solutions.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.


- Implement Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello to track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate project status effectively.


- Work closely with data engineering and data warehousing teams to ensure data governance, compliance, and security requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.


- Collaborate with AI development teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytics solutions to support commodity trading activities.


- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making in commodity trading operations.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.


- Master's degree preferred.


- 10-15 years of experience in commodity trading, Agile methodologies, and AI development projects.


- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with certification as a Scrum Master preferred.


- Proficiency in machine learning concepts, data analytics, and data visualization tools.


- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changing priorities.


- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.


- Experience in the metals industry is a plus.
