What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations
  • Manage conflicts and facilitate problem-solving within the Agile teams
  • Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, velocity and sprint sizing and identify areas for improvement

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and experience in managing large and complex agile projects
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement)
  • Expertise in Scrum & Kanban model
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, specifically Clickup,Jira and Confluence
