XenonLabs is building a unified ecosystem for businesses—combining our flagship SaaS suite (XeERP, XeCRM, XeHRM) and our AI automation marketplace (XeAgent), which helps companies discover, deploy, and manage advanced AI agents across voice, customer support, sales, operations, and analytics.

We are seeking a Founding DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud and deployment infrastructure as we scale our SaaS + AI platform ecosystem.

Note: This is an Equity-Only role at this stage. Time Commitment: 12–15 hours per week (part-time founding role).Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, part-time founding role where you will architect, deploy, and manage our AWS infrastructure powering XenonLabs Cloud and XeAgent AI workloads.

You will:

  • Set up scalable backend infrastructure
  • Create CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage Kubernetes environments
  • Ensure security, reliability, and smooth deployments
  • Support both SaaS workloads and AI agent operations

You will directly collaborate with the founding team and help set the long-term engineering foundation.

Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Infrastructure (Core)
  • Architect and manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Build scalable and secure environments for SaaS + AI agent workloads.
CI/CD & Automation
  • Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins).
  • Enable rapid, safe, and consistent releases.
Containers & Orchestration
  • Manage and optimize Docker and EKS/ECS clusters.
  • Ensure reliable scaling for multi-agent systems and API services.
Infra-as-Code & Monitoring
  • Write Terraform or CloudFormation for reproducible infrastructure.
  • Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
Security & Compliance
  • Enforce identity, access, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance practices.
  • Support XeAgent’s enterprise-grade security framework.
Founding-Level Ownership
  • Recommend and define tooling, cloud strategy, and DevOps roadmap.
  • Make architecture decisions that impact long-term product growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering experience
  • Deep expertise with AWS (Must)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
  • Strong CI/CD automation experience
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and distributed systems
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable working 12–15 hours/week in a high-impact role
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS platforms (ERP/CRM/HRM)
  • Experience with AI/ML deployment workloads
  • AWS Certifications
  • Prior startup/founding team experience
