Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.
  • Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.
  • Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.
  • Use SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test result documentation for all testing cycles.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.
  • Support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
  • Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies).
  • Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).
  • Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
