I. Identification, extraction & analysis for daily business data to interpret trends & patterns

for formulating strategies to build a successful business.

II. Preparing reports and present findings by breaking down complex issues into smaller sets of

easily doable tasks.

III. Building a data-driven ecosystem by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use

data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning.

IV. Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities, design experiments, test

hypotheses, build models, and scale what works.

V. Aligning with Business teams around strategies, key objectives, and success metrics, always

maintaining clear communication and ensure on-time completion.

VI. Recommendations based on data analysis and follow through with business leaders on

actionable items for improving metrics.

VII. Building prescriptive/predictive models to determine the impact of business decisions

(across fulfilment, sourcing, marketing, etc.) on the customer and the consequent reverse

impact on business.

I. Have 2-3 years of experience working in Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Intelligence,

or a comparable role.

II. Have demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel, SQL and Python.

III. Have demonstrated knowledge of Qlik Sense is preferred.

IV. Have demonstrated experience in statistical modelling to solve complex problems is preferred.

V. Have prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects.

VI. Are detail-oriented with aptitude for solving unstructured problems.

VII. Have the ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment.

VIII. Have the hands-on experience on managing complex and diverse data sources on a regular basis

IX. Have strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions.
