Job description:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) role includes responsibilities like designing and deploying sitemaps and datasets, managing catalog design, and creating web campaigns and ETL feeds within MCP.

Key skills required are expertise in SFMC studios, segment creation, data mapping, web SDK deployment, and familiarity with personalized customer profiles, real-time recommendations, and journey management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MCP Design & Deployment: Create and deploy sitemaps, datasets, and WebSDK.
  • Catalog & Content Management: Design catalogs, content zones, page types, and map attributes.
  • Web & Email Campaign Management: Create web campaigns, manage filters and goals, and set up segments.
  • Customer Profile Management: Establish a unified customer profile within the platform.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews.
  • Integration & Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions that integrate with platforms like Data Cloud, and coordinate with enterprise architecture teams.

Required Technical Skills

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and its features.
  • Web SDK & Content Zones: Expertise in deploying and configuring these components for personalized web experiences.
  • Data & Segmentation: Strong skills in segment creation, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • HTML/CSS: For web content customization and email development.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile (SCRUM) and waterfall project delivery.
