Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester with strong skills in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate will work remotely and should be able to handle end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Log defects, track them to closure, and collaborate with developers and product owners.
  • Validate Salesforce customizations such as Lightning components, workflows, triggers, Apex logic, and API integrations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar tools.
  • Perform data verification using SOQL queries.
  • Participate in Sprint planning, refinement, and QA sign-off activities.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and documentation best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Lightning UI, workflows, and data models.
  • Hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation testing.
  • Experience with tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Good understanding of SOQL / SQL queries.
  • Experience testing API integrations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, QA-related) are an added advantage.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
