Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Chartered Financial Analyst to play a central role in strengthening our finance & analytics foundation while taking charge of the business reporting for Artium. Reporting to the Founder you will be part of the strategy execution team working closely internally and with external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Leadership and business/vertical leadership to ensure that the company's financial as well as business data is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining strong business processes and systems to enable efficient & impactful management decision making.At Artium Academy, we’re not just building a business, we’re building a movement that fuses music, education, and innovation.What You’ll Be Doing:Work closely with the Founders on business planning and strategic initiativesAnalyze and report company performance metricsOversee aspects of company law, compliance, and internal controlsCollaborate cross-functionally to collect, decode, and present data that drives decision-makingSpecifications:Atleast 1+ years of relevant experience in handling data for mid-sized organizationsMBA (Finance)/ CA or CFA level II will be most preferred education credentialsOpen to work as Individual ContributorExpert level MS Office proficiency with knowledge of BI toolsAbility to create storyboards and excellent PPT skills for creating presentationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to tackle complex problems & break them into relevant & actionable insightsGreat collaborative skills and ability to maneuver a large organization and form trusting relationships We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with numbers — but also curious, proactive, and excited to work in a dynamic startup culture where your work makes a visible impact.
