The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, preparing research reports, performing valuation analysis, and delivering end-to-end financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and business improvements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.Conduct valuation analysis using methods such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.Perform end-to-end financial analysis, ensuring accurate data interpretation and actionable recommendations.Support financial reporting, investment analysis, and business case evaluations.Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, market movements, and economic developments that impact the business.Stay informed about competitor activities, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and emerging financial best practices.Utilize insights from market research, financial reports, and industry publications to provide strategic recommendations and ensure informed decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving workspace.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Finance.1 year of experience in financial analysis and investment research.Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and research report preparation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Location - MumbaiCompany Profile - Buy and Sell Unlisted Shares Online in India | Pre IPO Shares Platform | PrecizeLinkedIn - Precize: Overview | LinkedIn
