About the Role:We’re looking for an Experience Designer who believes in the power of storytelling to shape perception, build trust, and drive action. Our website is our main touchpoint for discovery of our product and service portfolio. You’ll help craft immersive experiences that turn product pages into narratives, interfaces into moments, and clicks into emotional connection.This role is for someone who blends UX expertise with a creative eye, someone who can design intuitive flows and elevate them into compelling stories that guide, delight, and convert.What You’ll Do?Design narrative-driven experiences for our website: from immersive product detail pages to engaging discovery journeys and educational flows.Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and visual designers to orchestrate the full customer story, balancing brand voice, business goals, and user needs.Map journeys and structure content using storytelling frameworks Translate insights into story arcs: how people arrive, explore, believe, and act.Prototype new storytelling formats (modules, animations, interactivity) and test what resonates.Advocate for the user’s emotional journey as much as their logical one.Ensure consistency and cohesion across every touchpoint, every scroll, click, and transition should feel purposeful and connected.What We’re Looking For?8-10 years of experience in UX, product, or web design roles with a strong storytelling component.A portfolio that shows narrative thinking in digital experiences, not just clean design, but compelling journeys.Deep understanding of UX principles, but a passion for breaking the mold when the story demands it.Strong collaboration skills, especially working with writers, marketers, and developers.Experience designing for large-scale websites, ideally with e-commerce, service, or brand storytelling elements.Bonus: familiarity with motion design, microinteractions, or interactive storytelling formats.Qualifications:Degree in UX Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, preferably from a premier school (IIT/NID or similar)Why Work at Jio?The unique opportunity to be part of one of the most successful companies in the world, shaping the future of technology and digitalization in India and globally.The chance to work on projects with real social impact.An inspiring and supportive work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.Jio isn't just the most successful brand launch of all time; it's the biggest transformation on the planet.The possibility to dream big with no limits in achieving the best results for the customer.
