RIMS Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Veeva RIMS (Regulatory Information Management Systems).

- Manage and resolve technical issues related to RIMS, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

- Assist in the implementation and integration of RIMS projects.

- Maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements and ensure systems are compliant with FDA, MHRA, and Japanese eSubmission standards.

- Document technical support processes and create detailed reports of support activities.

- Train and mentor junior support engineers as needed.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in Regulatory Applications and eSubmissions, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Veeva RIMS technical/product application support.

- Technical Skills : Proven ability to carry out L2/L3 technical support for regulatory information management systems.

- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with FDA, MHRA, and Japanese eSubmissions standards, as well as E2B fields.

- Project Experience : Experience in RIMS implementation and integration projects is highly desirable.

- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
