Job Title – ML + Data Science Engineer Job Nature – Full-time Experience – 6–8 years Position OverviewLead advanced analytics initiatives including time-series forecasting, predictive modelling, and optimization for supply chain and operations. Apply deep reinforcement learning for dynamic decision-making and collaborate with AI engineers on hybrid solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Predictive Modelling: Build time-series models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM) and regression/classification models.Optimization & DRL: Apply reinforcement learning for inventory, routing, and resource allocation problems.Feature Engineering & EDA: Analyse large datasets, derive insights, and prepare features for ML pipelines.Model Evaluation & Interpretability: Use SHAP/LIME for transparency; document assumptions and limitations.Collaboration: Work with AI engineers to integrate predictive models into enterprise workflows.Required SkillsStrong Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).Expertise in time-series forecasting and classical ML.Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and optimization.Familiarity with DRL frameworks (Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines, or similar).SQL and big data processing (Spark/PySpark).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.Nice to have Skills – Added BenefitAzure ML and Data Services.Experience with supply chain or operations analytics.Knowledge of OR-Tools or other optimization libraries.Experience on Computer vision based system developmentSoft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.High attention to detail and follow-up discipline.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines.Collaborative and adaptable in working with diverse teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.Work Location – HyderabadTime Zone • Selected candidate is required to work as per India Time (IST) / European Time (CET/GMT) / Americas Time Zone (EST)
