Role: Director - Data Science and AI/ML Services Skills: Cloud Data, Data Science and Engineering, AI/ML Work Location: - Hyderabad Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Director of our DSiL Practice.The Senior Director will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing client engagements, and leading a team of experts in delivering innovative data and AI solutions.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cloud Data, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and extensive experience in leading consulting practices.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the Data Science and AI Consulting Practice, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the practice's capabilities, service offerings, and market presence.Client Engagement and Delivery: Lead client engagements from inception to delivery, serving as a trusted advisor on data analytics, AI strategy, and implementation with a solution mindset.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivering value-driven solutions.Deliver our engagements in the Data and Analytics area.Delight the customers and ensure that the organizational profitability norms are adhered to.Team Management: Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of data and AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and drive success.Business Development: Drive business growth and revenue generation through proactive business development efforts, including client prospecting, proposal development, and partnership building.Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic business decisions and initiatives.Thought Leadership: Establish the practice as a thought leader in the data analytics and AI space through publications, speaking engagements, Generate White Papers, and participation in industry events.Stay informed about the latest developments, best practices, and innovations in data analytics and AI, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the practice.Skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science and Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Cloud Data, Data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related fields, with 10 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics and AI projects, driving business impact and innovation.Deep understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and industry trends.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.Consulting mindset with a proven track record of working with customers on their transformational initiatives in Data and Analytics areas
