Founded by professionals who transitioned from corporate roles to farming, we use advanced technology and automation to deliver fresh, healthy, and safe food. Our produce is free from chemical pesticides and reaches customers within hours of harvest. We operate efficiently, achieving 90% more efficiency compared to traditional farming. As one of India's leading hydroponics produce brands, we serve NCR and Bengaluru regions and are expanding into other cities, available through multiple channels including offline, eCommerce, and Q-commerce platforms. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the supply chain, ensuring product quality, streamlining processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves liaising with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsExperience in supply chain management and logisticsKnowledge of quality assurance and process optimizationProficiency in inventory management and vendor relationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldExperience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
