What You’ll Do:

Here, operations is the heartbeat of our 60–120 minute demo promise. As an Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of scaling hyperlocal demos from hundreds to thousands per day. Your role is to make sure riders, inventory, and hubs run like clockwork while keeping costs in control and customers delighted.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily demo fulfillment – from routing to SLA adherence (60–120 minutes).
  • Set up and scale hub-and-spoke model across Bangalore and new cities.
  • Build a manpower funnel: hire, train, and manage demo specialists & riders.
  • Maintain real-time inventory visibility across hubs, minimize stockouts.
  • Implement dashboards to track demos booked vs completed, cost per demo, NPS, and conversion %.
  • Identify and solve on-ground bottlenecks quickly (routing, cancellations, escalations).
  • Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales and Customer Delight to maximize conversion and retention.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–8 years of experience in last-mile ops / hyperlocal delivery / e-commerce ops.
  • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket, HubSpot, Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-scaling environments.
  • Based in Bangalore or open to relocate.
