About the Role : We are looking for a Counsellor for our Yelahanka Branch (WFO). You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.The charter for this role will include :Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling teamResolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journeyConduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellorsMaintain high Satisfaction RatingsReport & Data ManagementImplement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the teamCollaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targetsPipeline forecast & ManagementIdentify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisorsIdeal Persona would :The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)1+ Years of experience in study abroad.Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplinesExperience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferencesExperience in working with CRMs is desirable.Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.If you have the skills and experience required for this position and are passionate about international education, we encourage you to apply.
