About the Role


We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into compelling visualizations and insights that enable our clients to make data-driven decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis, statistical tools, and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on analyses.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
  • Create data models and support data governance practices to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to drive business intelligence initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports and visualizations to stakeholders, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data analytics and visualization.



Required Skills



  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with strong proficiency in Tableau.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
